Meet Our Therapists
We decided to start Sensory Solutions to provide practical support for people of all ages, focusing on Integrated Sandtray Therapy.
We are passionate about providing creative, supportive intervention for children, teenagers and adults who are struggling to adjust to changes in circumstances, traumatic events in their lives, or just struggling to find a way to express their feelings and build positive relationships with others. Joanna is the CEO and founder and the current President of the Sandtray Therapy Association of Australia. Steve has 23 years experience working with DCJ as a Senior Caseworker in Child Protection. He is an affiliate member of the Sandtray Therapy Association of Australia.
Sandtray Therapy Sessions
Sensory Solutions Sand and Play Therapy is a private practice specialising in providing Sandtray Therapy for clients of all ages across the lifespan. Sensory Solutions Sand and Play Therapy specialises in Sandtray Therapy which is founded in first wave developmental theories and grounded in neuroscience. a safe therapeutic space using specifically built sandtrays and a selection of sandtray miniatures in which to build a sandworld.
This is suitable for people of all ages, from children to adults.

This is the Introduction package where we complete the Intake forms
and discuss how many sessions you will need.
The Bush Package
The Bush Package includes
6 sessions of Sandtray Therapy
The Seaside Package
The Beach Deluxe Package is 12 sessions
